To inaugurate this blog/portfolio what could be better than a second place in a contest! Not much actually… except perhaps having your photos displayed on a swiss museum, but that’s on a different post.

The winning poster will get to be the one of 2007 Oporto’s Noites da Queima, (lit. Nights of the Burning) a whole week of live concerts during Queima das Fitas (lit. Burning of the Ribbons, learn about it here.)

O mais curioso é que os 3 primeiros prémios foram ganhos por estudantes de engenharia… Sempre achei que dos 68 cartazes a concurso o pessoal de Belas Artes e família fosse concorrência séria. Das duas uma, ou ninguém concorreu, ou são muito fraquinhos…
